Jet Park SHAREHOLDER OWNERS are allowed to rent their units for up to 6 months per year. Shareholders must own in Jet Park for a minimum of 3 years, be in good standing financially, and have board of director approval to rent. All renters must have an approved background check through Jet Park every 24 months and meet all other standards of the Jet Park Prospectus, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. Being a Unit Owner (Shareholder) in Jet Park comes with 1 share of the Jet Park Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc., a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation. Being a cooperative shareholder means you, along with the rest of the shareholders, have the responsibility to maintain Jet Park as a great place to live. All renters are expected to follow all rules.
